Taking Stock 3.

20140212-133008.jpg

I have done Taking Stock posts before here and here and I do enjoy them, thanks to Pip at Meet Me At Mikes for the list.  These lists are so much fun and quite the insight if you just whizz through them without thinking too much.

Making : a cup of tea, with two bags because they are crappy bags.  I need some PG Tips pronto!
Cooking : Fish and chips for dinner with peas no-one will eat.
Drinking : Emergen-C to keep colds away.
Reading: ‘Where the Moon Isn’t’ by Nathan Filer (Originally published with the title The Shock of the Fall in the UK).
Wanting: The snow to melt.
Looking: At the BBC iPlayer deciding what to listen to.
Playing: ‘The Now Show’ on the BBC iPlayer.
Deciding: Which beads to order to make new jewels.
Wishing: I could execute all of the ideas I have!
Enjoying: Having lots of ideas.
Waiting: For ‘Where Women Create’ magazine to arrive at our library so I can borrow it.
Liking: Classes at ‘Blog With Pip’.
Wondering: If I will ever move over to WordPress.org…
Loving: Reading ‘Gangsta Granny’ by David Walliams to my youngest kiddo.
Pondering: How much longer my youngest son will let me read to him.
Considering: Whether to buy ‘The Goldfinch’ by Donna Tartt or be patient and wait for it to come to the library.
Watching: The Winter Olympics, then getting bored of the Winter Olympics and watching ‘New Girl’ instead.
Hoping: I can go the whole year with no booze (made it so far).
Marvelling:  At the fact that I haven’t had a drink this year!
Needing: Some new tea bags.
Smelling:  My dog who needs a bath.
Wearing:  Big socks and leggings in preparation for boots and snow.
Following: Lots of new bloggers and Instagrammers from my class at ‘Blog with Pip’.
Noticing: How many very clever people are out there.
Knowing: I can do it if I try hard enough.
Thinking: How long is this list?
Feeling: Happy, listening to a funny radio show.
Admiring: My youngest who is learning his multiplication tables.
Sorting: Beads to make lovely pendants with.
Buying: Wire to wrap some sea glass for a friend who has quite a collection of it.
Getting: Ready for Valentine’s Day.
Bookmarking: Multiplication games on the Interweb.
Disliking: How fast the day zooms by.
Opening: New magazines to read – Frankie, Flow and Mollie Makes.
Giggling: At ‘The Now Show’ on the radio.
Feeling: More confident about this blogging lark.
Snacking: On apple cake I made yesterday.
Coveting: Some new furry Winter boots.
Wishing: I could get the hang of Photoshop!
Helping: Read to the kids at school.
Hearing: My dog snore (while he smells).

Yay!  I love filling these in and looking back to see what I wrote last time.  Want a go?  Here is the blank list-

  1. I am having the exact opposite problem with my tea bags. They are just too strong! Also you must be a fast reader if you can read a Donna Tart book during a library lending period. I think I might borrow this list, looks fun!
